This project, "Six-Leg Solution", explores the aftermath of the food crisis through a speculative lens. By merging installation and film, I depict a dystopian world where insects have become humanity's primary protein source. The narrative employs engineering terminology with a positive connotation, creating a stark contrast between text and visuals. This deliberate juxtaposition raises the question: Is this truly the future we desire? The project critiques the capitalist logic that expansion alone can resolve systemic issues, drawing parallels with the monoculture problem in industrial agriculture.
